The Entry to this historic farmhouse was very close to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. By placing a new entry in the back an expensive new addition was avoided. This 'Canning Kitchen' was the Living Room.

It is great fun to design buildings and spaces close to nature. Many cabin sites require special planning to take advantage of the unique opportunities for views, breezes, sunsets, and other natural features.

Indoor Pools are very tricky to get right. Issues include humidity control, security, safe flooring and other materials. Outdoor Pools have most of these requirements and require careful planning.

This building type is one of our favorites. Ideally a Restaurant is a totally functional space for the workers, yet the customers should be shielded from any commotion and be comfortable.

The goal of Retail Buildings is to show off the tenants and increase sales. Sometimes this involves design to pull people off the highway. Mall Spaces are about showing off the merchandise, not the ARCHITECTURE.
